My journey has equipped me with expertise in talent management, organizational development, change management, and executive coaching, supported by business school training and a PhD in Executive Leadership.
I have scaled organizations and optimized HR operations during periods of hypergrowth, and I have led multiple strategic global acquisitions. My experience also includes talent management and digital transformation, as well as building diverse, high-performing teams across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
