My journey has equipped me with expertise in talent management, organizational development, change management, and executive coaching, supported by business school training and a PhD in Executive Leadership.
I have scaled organizations and optimized HR operations during periods of hypergrowth and led multiple strategic global acquisitions. My experience also includes talent management and digital transformation, as well as building diverse, high-performing teams across North America and Europe. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building resilient cultures where individuals are seen, heard, and empowered to thrive, while delivering innovative solutions—such as a SaaS leave-management system for 30,000 employees that saved $7 million and strengthened compliance.
