My mission as an executive coach and HR leader is to empower and inspire leaders to work to become effective relational leaders, find fulfillment, and achieve success in their work. My Approach

My approach to life, leading, and coaching is based on positive psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based leadership practices, such as relational leadership, to help leaders evolve from transactional to transformational leadership. I am driven by a belief that I was put on this earth to be a positive force of change and influence in the world. This philosophy is reflected in all my relationships and interactions. I collaborate with leaders to identify their strengths, understand and overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space for reflection, learning, connection, and transformation.
