Leading people through growth and change looks different in every market, and I've built my career learning exactly how. Born in Latin America, and shaped further by expatriate assignments across high-growth organizations, I learned early that culture never translates the same way twice, and growth breaks without the right people infrastructure behind it. My MBA gave me the language to prove what I'd seen: how sensitive EBITDA is to HR decisions that executives rarely connect to the P&L. My doctoral research went further, examining how leaders deliberately cultivate culture that fuels growth to enable the delivery of greater leves of value creation.
This blog is for leaders facing that test, and for curious HR practitioners everywhere who suspect their work matters more than it's given credit for.
